Requirements Before Ugbokan si Kumare (Land Survey)

Required Documents

1. Sketch Plan or Lot Plan (kung naa) Kung naa kay existing sketch gikan sa nauna nga survey, i-present kini sa geodetic engineer para ma-reference nila. Usa nis pinaka importante para di ma shakoy.

2. Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) or Original Certificate of Title (OCT) Para sa titled land. Dapat naa kay copy ani gikan sa lot owner pero mas safety if kwaan nmu Certified True Copy ang Title ngadto sa Registry of Deeds arun mkakita pd ka daan if naa bay problema ang title or wala pabay nausab gikan sa gihatag nga copy sa owner. 3. Tax Declaration (Amilyar) if walay title ang lote, Kuhaon sa Assessor's Office sa inyong munisipyo or sa lot owner. Kini ang pinakaimportante nga dokumento para ma-identify ang lote. Pag wala ni, masaag si Janur mapunta ni kumare. (if nawala ilang Sketch Plan, most probably naay copy ang assessor's kung nasurvey gyud na saoan. mga karaan nga tax declaration kay walay survey, bana bana ra)

4. Deed of Sale or Deed of Donation. Karun panahona, kailangan nmn ug technical description sa lote ang Deeds pero if karaan na inyung Deed, area(sq.m) ray makita ana and lot number sa lote ang importante sa Deed pero dili nani kailangan of naa ray #1 and #2 requirement.

5. Lot data computation from DENR If naanod sa baha ang copy sa owner and iyang lote is whole Lot, naa ni ang data sa Bureau of Lands sa DENR pero if parte ra sa lote ang involve sa survey unya dili pa aprobado sa DENR, wala silay record ani.
